Tere! Minu nimi on Helena Ehrenbusch.
Olen professionaalne tantsija, koreograaf-lavastaja ja Eesti kõige staažikam tuleartist, kuna esimesed etendused said tehtud juba aastal 2005.
Hello. My name is Helena Ehrenbusch. I am an artist, mover-choreographer, psychologist, supervisor/coach, lecturer-trainer, and manager. I have over 30 years of experience in dance and movement, 15 years in leadership, management and circus, 10 years in training and lecturing. In the last years I have practiced actively supervision and coaching.
I believe that body and movement define us as human beings from birth to the end of our existence. To quote Freud, body is the foremost and primary expression of our egos. Through the body posture, movements, emotions and facial expressions human beings express ideas deeper than words. Body never lies and through bodies we have deeper access to ourselves and the others.
I believe in colors, fun, energy and people. I think, circus makes difference, as circus is the art form, where everybody can be a star and develop their optimal skills in whatever chosen area. I have a circus family with two daughters, and many animals. I love my motorbike and travelling, and the silence of the country life by the beautiful seaside, which enables me to recharge and keep balance in life.
Colleagues and friends have said about me:
"We value Helena’s deep knowledge on the area of movement and psychology. Being a professional artist and a teacher, she has inspired many people to explore the meaning of bodies and movement, and to know better and understand the non-verbal language of others. She is appreciated as being an inspirational and innovational leader, who has always a wide overview of the area, sensitivity towards the needs of the team and future perspectives in mind. People appreciate the energy she brings to any of the meetings, discussion groups, developmental projects or just everyday life routine.
